Strengthening cooperation with Russian suppliers

Thus, in the fourth quarter of 2020, by order of Kazneft Petroleum LLP, the well-known Russian enterprise Automated Systems and Complexes completed a cycle of commissioning works to put into operation high-voltage soft starters for the high-pressure pump unit (HPP) at the Kenlyk field.

Block-cluster high-pressure pumping station (BCPS), consisting of three HPP, is used to create and maintain the necessary working pressure to supply water to wells through a block of pressure manifolds. Without its application, artificial maintenance of reservoir pressure during oil production would be impossible.

The work on adjustment and commissioning of the equipment was complicated by the instability of the supply network implemented at the gas turbine unit and at the same time providing oil pumping at the field.

When arranging the system, driving asynchronous electric motors NVD with a power of 630 kW were used, with a supply voltage of 6 kV. At the same time, the PAD-V-K soft starter for asynchronous high-voltage motors (6 kV) was used in the electric drive of each installed motor. The developer and manufacturer of such devices is ZAO Automated Systems and Complexes.

The supplied equipment, implemented on a modern domestic elemental power base, is provided with a microprocessor control system with a large number of diagnostic functions, manufactured and certified by Automated Systems and Complexes CJSC.

A business partner of Kazneft Petroleum LLP is the Russian OJSC Nefteavtomatika, which supplied the SIKN equipment for the Kenlyk field.

Representatives of OAO Nefteavtomatika performed supervised installation of oil metering units, commissioning and subsequent commissioning of the SIKN.
