The bulk of Kazneft Petroleum's capital investments are aimed at fulfilling contractual obligations to the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with concluded contracts for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons, drilling wells, improving well operation, creating flowlines, surface facilities, and associated gas utilization. The company's management has outlined new milestones to increase the efficiency of oil production to the maximum level.
