There have been several media reports recently stating that Kazneft Petroleum had agreed to allocate funding for the construction of a tree nursery in WKO and that the project had already passed approvals by all relevant authorities. This information is not consistent with the facts.

At present the issue is being reviewed and elaborated in conjunction with WKO Akimat with due account for RoK legislation, international experience and the FPSA limitations.
